In-School Workshops
Embedded sessions on identity, leadership, communication, and money basics, co-taught with school staff.
Empowering young people to prosper — in their own lives, and in the community they call home. We walk alongside the kids the system tends to overlook.

"We empower individuals to prosper, contribute successfully to their own quality of life, and strengthen the communities they live in."
We do this by walking alongside young people — in schools, on the field, and in their neighborhoods — and offering the mentorship, programming, and opportunities they need to find their direction. We were elevated with purpose ourselves. Now we pass it on.
We're from these neighborhoods. We don't parachute in.
We measure success in trust built, not boxes checked.
No corporate gloss. No white-savior framing. Plain talk.
Stories matter. So do attendance, graduation, and what happens after.
Six interlocking programs across schools, fields, and family rooms. Built for the long haul, not the photo op.
Embedded sessions on identity, leadership, communication, and money basics, co-taught with school staff.
Goal-setting, accountability, and weekly check-ins with a dedicated coach.
Campus visits, employer tours, panels with adults already doing the work.
Free, organized play that builds belonging and gives families a place to gather.
Heritage festivals, dinners, town halls.
Wraparound help for youth in transition — school, system, or family.
"They didn't try to fix my son. They showed up for him. Two years later, he's the one showing up for the younger kids."
Three ways to back the work. Pick the one that fits — or spread the word and we'll take it from there.
Fund a season of one program — a sports league, a workshop series, a community dinner.
Underwrite a full school site or coaching cohort for a year.
Anchor a neighborhood. Multi-year, multi-program commitment.
Tell a school counselor, a parent, a coach. That's how the village grows.
Elevate with Purpose is a community-rooted organization built to empower young people to prosper — in their own lives, and in the communities they call home. We work directly inside schools that serve under-resourced neighborhoods, alongside community centers, and within the housing communities where many of the youth we serve live.
Our work is grounded in a simple belief: every young person already has direction inside them. Our job is to help them find it, name it, and build a life around it.
We measure success not just in attendance and graduation, but in trust built, relationships sustained, and futures that wouldn't have existed without showing up.
